Refund Policy for Encanto.Coffee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a refund, please email us at shop@encanto.coffee with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
